Blog Post 12- 01/07/22

Onto Week 12, and it is now 2022! The stock market is starting off the new year strong- when I went to check today almost all of my stocks were up which is great. After making sure all my investments were doing well, I checked the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times to see if there was anything specific I should look into buying this week. I didn’t find much so I decided to do some research of my own, and ended up finding that Apple and Tesla are some of the best performing stocks right now. I don’t think I will purchase them just yet because they are on the steeper side price wise, but I will definitely be looking more into them in the future. I did struggle a little more than I usually do with time management this week, so to combat that I tried to do more work at home with my phone in another room. Overall this was a good week, and going out of my comfort zone in figuring out my own stock beliefs was definitely a great experience.
