About Me
My name is Brennan Miller, I have created this website to start my journey into the world of investing in stocks. I am an 18 year old high school student, with an interest in business for my future. I work as a camp counselor and referee, I have played soccer my whole life, and recently won the central mass championship.
About Miller’s Stock Talk
I have created Miller’s Stock Talk as a year long project for my legacy class. Legacy is a full year course where students get to pick a topic and make a project for it. I decided to take legacy as a way to pursue my interest in stocks. In my portrait of a learner my biggest strengths are resilience as I can be taken down a step and bounce back better than I fell. This is an important trait for an investor as there is risk to investing it isn’t always guaranteed money anything can happen, take COVID-19 for example the effect it had on the stock market was significant and most business took a huge financial hit. With investing it’s possible to lose money but you need to be ready to bounce back confidently, which ties into assertiveness another one of my strengths to stand up for my own thoughts and stick with my long term investments.
