Blog Post 11- 12/17/22

It is now Week 11 of my project, and also time for me to get back into basic fundamental stock research. I decided to keep things relatively simple this week, as last week I spent most of my time looking into people rather than stocks or crypto. I started off with checking my newly purchased stocks of course, and they have stayed relatively stable which is pretty good for the time being. As I started researching another potential purchase, I started to struggle with the lack of information the websites I have been using provided me. Although I initially thought they were great, I am beginning to realize that they only offer me the most basic information. After one class worth of research, I was able to come across MorningStar, Bloomberg, and the infamous Wall Street Journal. These give even more detailed information and I’m feeling very successful now that I have the extra resource. Along with helping me financially, this stock project is giving me more research and financial literacy skills than I could have pictured.
